Done for you  /  Restaurant websites

Your website should work as hard as the restaurant does.

A restaurant should not have a site that looks abandoned while the food and the room are the best they have ever been. We build custom digital storefronts for independent restaurants — designed around your menu, your photos and how people actually decide where to eat.

Why it matters

Somebody is deciding where to eat right now.

They are on a phone, a few blocks away, with your place and two others open in tabs. They want three things in about eight seconds: what you serve, whether you are open, and how to get it. If your menu is a photo they have to pinch, or your hours are from last winter, they pick someone else — and you never find out it happened.

That is the entire job of the site we build. Everything else on this page is in service of those eight seconds.

What’s in it

Built around the things owners actually ask for.

01

A menu a phone can read

Real text, properly structured — not a PDF and not a photo of a chalkboard. It reads at arm’s length, Google can index every dish and price, and changing a price is a message to us, not a project.

02

Mobile designed, not shrunk

Most of your traffic is a phone held in one hand, often outside, often in a hurry. The phone layout is drawn first and on purpose — the desktop version is the one that adapts.

03

Hours, location and contact that are correct everywhere

Marked up so search engines and maps read them properly, and matched to what your Google listing says. A mismatch between your site and Google costs you covers today and takes ten seconds to prove.

04

One tap to call, order, book or get directions

Order buttons deep-link into whatever system you already use. We do not touch your POS and we do not take a cut of your tickets. If you take reservations, that is one tap too.

05

Your food, photographed like food

Your own photography, cropped and sequenced so the plate is the first thing anyone sees. Where the photos are thin, we tell you exactly which dishes are missing rather than filling the gap with stock images of somebody else’s burger.

06

Catering and large orders taken seriously

Usually the highest-value enquiry on the whole site and usually buried. It gets its own page, its own form, and enquiries routed to whoever actually handles them instead of an inbox nobody checks.

07

Promotions that can change without a rebuild

Taco Tuesday, a seasonal special, a holiday closure. Defined once and shown where it belongs — not hard-coded into a page you have to call someone to edit.

08

Email and text signup that is worth having

A signup that asks for as little as possible and lands somewhere you can actually use later. This is how a website stops being a leaflet and starts being the front of your marketing.

09

Fast, and fast to change

Light pages that load on a bad connection in a parking lot. New menu, new hours, new photos, a holiday closure — sent to us, or done yourself in Plate.

A Colorado institution since 1967, still family-run across multiple locations. The food had a following; the website did not look like it. Rebuilt around their own photography and their catering menu, with enquiries routed to the right store instead of one shared inbox.

A family kitchen in Calhan that started out of a house, became a food truck, then a restaurant. Before this they had a phone number and a paper menu — nothing online at all. Now the full menu is real text a phone can read, the family’s story has a page of its own, and their hours show up in search.

Not just a website

The site is the front of a bigger system.

A website on its own is a leaflet that happens to be online. What makes it earn its keep is what it is wired into — and that wiring is the part most restaurants never get.

Where a signup actually goes

Someone visits the siteSigns up for offersLands on your customer listA campaign you can send next month

Without this, a signup box is decoration. With it, every month the site quietly builds the audience your next promotion goes to.

Where a promotion actually lives

You define an offer onceIt shows on the siteIt shows in your postsIt ends when you said it ends

Set in one place, in Plate or by us. No stale “Summer Special” still sitting on your homepage in November.

What we need from you

Close to nothing.

The whole point is that this is not a project you have to manage. Here is the honest list of what a website actually costs you in time.

01

One conversation

What you serve, who comes in, what you wish people knew about the place, and what has annoyed you about every website you have had before.

02

Your menu and your photos

Whatever form they are in. A PDF, a printout, a folder on a phone, a link to your ordering page — we will take it from there and tell you what is missing.

03

One look before it goes live

You see it, you tell us what is wrong, we fix it. Then it launches and the maintenance is on us.

Next step

Your website should work as hard as the restaurant does.

Send us the site you have now — or tell us you do not have one. Either way we will look at it properly and tell you what is actually worth changing.
